During the season, recovery is important as ever. Having a routine like this will help you take the extra step to have elite recovery and perform at your peak. I don’t ice bath every day, but it’s something I’m trying to do once a week. Very important: none of this - ice baths, sauna, compression boots, mouth tape is going to do anything if you don’t have the basics dialed in - SLEEP, NUTRITION and STRUCTURED TRAINING.
