Earthworms: food use & a gathering trick. They have a subtle earthy flavor. They can be easily raised at home, feeding them household organic waste. Here's a recipe: boil whole for 45 minutes, with two changes of water at even intervals, drain, and fry whole. The poor guy in the video appeared to have been run over by a bike.
