Last week, The Copenhagen Post’s @seljankh visited Denmark’s largest prison, Vestre Fængsel, which opened its doors to the public for the first time on Saturday, April 26th. The decision to invite the public into the prison’s premises came as part of a national recruitment campaign organised by the Danish Prison and Probation Service to encourage Danish citizens to apply for positions such as prison and transport officers.
