I had a DXA scan last month @rebornelongevity. A DXA is pain free , non invasive and assesses your bone density. It’s so important to look after your bones and know where you stand because you can reverse osteopenia (which I am intent on doing 💪) before it develops into osteoporosis. Many heath insurers cover part / all of a DXA. Women in Ireland are only advised to get a DXA at 65. This is too late, particularly if you have risk factors such as a mother with osteoporosis.
