Our first design worked perfectly … until it didn’t. The original Hoek system could only fit our slim, angled wooden legs. Beautiful, but limited. So we rebuilt it from scratch. We widened the cap, added a metal plate for strength, and redesigned the locking teeth so you can’t ever put a leg in backwards again. One fix turned into a total reinvention and the birth of the Universal Joint. Because good design isn’t just about solving problems. It’s about finding better ones to solve. #HoekHome #De
