The Portland Homeless that live in our sewers. I’ve heard about them for years, but I’ve only met a few. Today I was shown one of the locations they go into. Once they enter, they close the sewer lid above them. My Homeless friend K-9 died nearby two years ago, entering a sewer after he spliced some wires and electrocuted himself.
