The downtown streets south of the Route 50 bridge, along S. Philadelphia and westward to the the bay are flooded. Avoid this area. Many of the streets west of Philadelphia Avenue and north of the Route 50 bridge are flooded, too.  This short video is from the intersection of S. Philadelphia Ave. and Dorchester Street.  Note: there’s been less than an inch of rain in Ocean City so far in the last 24 hours. This flooding is being caused by a strong storm surge and high tide effects.  https://
