On Sunday August 31, 2025 about 8:54 pm, a Sheriff's Deputy conducted stationary radar on River Rd. A vehicle passed at 75 mph in a 45 mph zone. The gray 2008 Saturn Aura was stopped on River St. The foreign national driver stated he had no driver's license or identification.. He was asked to step out. Due to the driver being unable to identify him, he was placed under arrest. The driver complained of one cuff being twisted. The Deputy began to adjust the cuff. The driver slipped out of one hand
