PAXINO'S SIGN FOR AC JOINT PATHOLOGY The Paxino Sign is the last single test we want to cover in our little series about diagnosing AC joint pathology. A very thorough review by Krill et al. (2017) have found that the Paxino sign is the most accurate test for a symptomatic AC joint with a sensitivity of 79% and a specificity of 50%.
