Homeless Couple Lives in a Tent Downtown Los Angeles

Today, our LASD Homeless Outreach Services Team (HOST) spent the day in Lario Park, San Gabriel Riverbed, Azusa. They were attempting to connect individuals experiencing homelessness with services and help clear the encampment that was deemed a safety hazard. The riverbed is a high fire danger zone. Many fires have started there, including one over the weekend. These fires threaten the homes and businesses nearby.
