Moments later, one of the armed individuals appears to fire a shot either at the driver or in his direction. The group then proceeds to fire multiple rounds toward passing vehicles on the roadway. Fatal House Fire on Detroit’s West Side Detroit Fire Department crews were dispatched at approximately 6:00 a.m. to the area of Rutherford Street and Capitol Avenue following reports of a residential structure fire.
