We made black eyed peas the traditional way for my 14month old. Recipes for my non-African mama’s i will tell u what you can alternate with. So is cooked black eyed peas (beans) , garlic, ginger, pinch of salt, palm oil (Tumeric as alternative for color) you can skip salt if ur baby isn’t taking, I used crafish but ( any fish of choice as alternative) then ripe plantain, spinach or any vegetable of choice.
