Sovereignty, the winner of both the Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes, proved once more that he is the best 3-year-old in the country on Saturday with a win in the Grade 2 Jim Dandy Stakes.

Kentucky Derby and Belmont winner Sovereignty, sent off as the 1-2 favorite, beat Baeza by a length in the Jim Dandy. Hill Road was third, followed by Mo Plex and Sandman.
