At UFC 321 on Saturday, one of the scariest knockouts in UFC history was scored, and it left lightweight contender Nasrat Haqparast unconscious for minutes. This past Saturday, the premier promotion returned to Abu Dhabi for UFC 321 with a title fight double header atop the card.
Dana White addressed the condition of Nasrat Haqparast following his frightening knockout loss to Quillan Salkilld at UFC 321.
Taking place in Abu Dhabi, UAE, UFC 321 is stopped by a pair of massive title bouts. Tom Aspinall will kick off his reign as undisputed heavyweight champion in the main event against Ciryl Gane, and in the co-main event Virna Jandiroba and Mackenzie Dern square off for the second time to crown a new strawweight queen.
Thankfully, by the time Bruce Buffer was announcing the official result, Haqparast was back on his feet and was being assisted out of the cage. And it wasn’t until the post-fight press conference when Dana White provided an update on the status of the Moroccan fighter.
