Several retail stocks moved on earnings, and artificial intelligence software maker Palantir Technologies PLTR was driving toward its sixth straight loss on the stock market today.

U.S. stock futures fell Wednesday as investors awaited the minutes from the Federal Reserve’s most recent policy meeting. At 03:00 ET, S&P 500 futures were down 0.2%, Nasdaq 100 futures fell 0.3%, and Dow futures dropped 0.

U.S. indexes were losing steam in early trading on Friday. After touching its first intraday record high of 2025 after the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has pared its gains somewhat.
