The suspect accused of opening fire at a Target parking lot in Austin, Texas, killing three people has been identified as Ethan Nieneker.

The suspect stole a car from the scene of the shooting, which took place in the store parking lot, crashed that vehicle and stole another vehicle before he was arrested, police said.
