Kelce is said to still be feeling the effects of the robbery and has spent tens of thousands on a state-of-the-art security system to prevent similar episodes. According to The Sun, he spent £7k on two security dogs and £32k on 10 new security cameras and lights with motion sensors.

The night before the game, he was hit with a surprise drug test that left him "dead in the water." Kelce failed the test for marijuana and was given a one-year suspension by the NCAA.
