In the meantime, Davis will stand trial on a separate battery charge stemming from an altercation with another inmate.

The trial for Tupac Shakur murder suspect Duane "Keefe D" Davis has reportedly been pushed back to 2026.

Keefe D will still stand trial in April of this year, though, based on a separate incident which occurred last year while he was incarcerated.
