Firefighters returned to 4822 Kutztown Road in Temple later Wednesday morning for a flare-up on the roof of the apartment building that was the scene of a two-alarm fire several hours earlier.

Jul. 13—Nine residents, including several children, of a two-story Temple apartment building were displaced by a predawn fire Wednesday that swept through the upper level, fire officials said.
