Two days after students returned to the Florida State University student union, Sellers, a prominent civil rights attorney of Columbia, South Carolina, held a press conference asking for transparency and answers about Chabba's death, who was one of the victims of the FSU mass shooting.

Attorneys for the family of one of the two men killed during the mass shooting at Florida State University will speak at a news conference on Wednesday morning outside the student union.

When asked about the possibility of a lawsuit, the attorney said more answers are needed before Tiru Chabba's family will consider legal action.
