An infant was flown to Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island shortly after 3:30 PM on Friday, June 6.

The bills would allow any food establishment closed by a flood or fire to provide outdoor dining for 18 months, or until the structure is rebuilt.
