The Cincinnati Open men's final Aug. 18 will feature the fourth championship meeting this year between top players Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.

Top-seeded Jannik Sinner of Italy shook off an early challenge from upstart Terence Atmane of France and advanced to the finals of the Cincinnati Open with a 7-6 (4), 6-2 victory. Sinner will face familiar foe Carlos Alcaraz in the final after the No. 2-seeded Spaniard cruised past No. 3 Alexander Zverev of Germany 6-4, 6-3.

Carlos Alcaraz will face World No. 11 Andrey Rublev in the Cincinnati Open quarterfinal Friday at 3 p.m. ET. Alcaraz is 3-1 all time against Rublev, most recently beating the Russian in the Round of 16 at Wimbledon. Alcaraz vs. Rublev will air on Tennis Channel, you can stream it on DirecTV (free trial).

Aryna Sabalenka's Cincinnati Open title defense is over. The World No. 1 was eliminated by Elena Rybakina in the quarterfinals Aug. 15.

Defending champion Aryna Sabalenka was eliminated from the Cincinnati Open after a 6-1, 6-4 defeat to Elena Rybakina in the quarterfinals Friday. Rybakina was dominant in the opening set and served 11 aces as she wrapped up an impressive win in 1 hour,
