Mingus Reedus, the son of Norman Reedus and Helena Christensen, is facing legal trouble for alleged assault. The model, 25, was arrested in New York City near 16th Street and 8th Avenue at approximately 8:40 a.m. local time on Saturday, Aug. 23, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) confirmed to PEOPLE.

The 25-year-old model was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing following an alleged altercation with a woman in Manhattan.
