The Cleveland Cavaliers couldn't believe their luck when Tyrese Proctor fell to the No. 49 pick in last month's NBA Draft. The Australian guard by way of Duke was expected to go late in the first round or early in the second round, at the latest. But there he was, and the Cavs didn't hesitate.
