"Because of the leadership and vision of (Cavs Chairman) Dan Gilbert, Nic Barlage, Kofi Bonner, and Koby Altman, Cleveland is back," said Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb.

“We are witnessing the beginning of what I will consider to be one of the greatest sports and entertainment districts in the country,” said Bedrock CEO, Kofi Bonner.
