Scott McLaughlin on Saturday won the pole for the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg for the second year in a row.

McLaughlin, coming off a winless season in 2025, won his second straight pole on the streets of St. Pete after narrowly beating out Marcus Ericsson for the top spot.

The Team Penske driver finished second at St. Petersburg, his best result in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES since 2024.
