A man was shot and two others reportedly stabbed Saturday night near Dupont Circle in Northwest DC, amid WorldPride celebrations. Police urged crowds to disperse and avoid the area. Officers remain on scene investigating.

In a reversal just hours before the WorldPride parade, the National Park Service is removing fencing around Dupont Circle Park.

Dupont Circle had been scheduled to close ahead of the weekend, with law enforcement originally fencing off the park perimeter on Friday.
