BALTIMORE (WJZ) - Passengers on an Amtrak train are safe after it got stuck in a tunnel during a heat wave. Shortly after leaving Baltimore’s Penn Station, the Amtrak Northeast Regional 94 train slowly came to a halt in a tunnel. Passengers said it began at 3:40 p.m. Monday, and the train quickly began to heat up.
