Police continue their manhunt for 57-year-old Vance Boelter, the suspect in the killing of a Minnesota lawmaker and the shooting of another.

Authorities said in a news conference Sunday evening that Vance Boelter was not in custody.

Boelter is facing six federal charges, including multiple counts of murder and stalking, opening the possibility of the death penalty or life in prison if he's convicted.
