On Wednesday, the Bengals officially placed Hendrickson on the reserve/did not report list. Hendrickson's placement on that list allows the Bengals to fine him $50,000 for each day he is absent from training camp (although some teams in the past have chosen to not enforce these fines).
CINCINNATI — Bengals star pass rusher Trey Hendrickson didn't report for training camp on Tuesday and was officially placed on the NFL's Reserve/Did Not Report list. The 30-year-old wants a new contract and is hoping that his absence is felt and leads to a contract extension in the near future.
