Philadelphia can go Rutgers star Ace Bailey at No. 3 or it can select Baylor's VJ Edgecombe, or one of Duke's Kon Knueppel or Khaman Maluach. A mock draft performed by Sports Illustrated has the Sixers selected Baylor's Edgecombe:

The 76ers have had their eye on San Antonio's pick for some time. HoopsHype's Michael Scotto reported last week they "engaged" the Spurs in trade talks, though he did add they have four prospects in mind if they stay at No. 3.

O’Connor also projects the Sixers to move down in the draft: “Sixers send the third pick and Kelly Oubre (player option) to the Pelicans for the seventh pick, a 2026 Pacers 1st (top-4 protected) and Herb Jones.”
