MOSCOW: Russia said on Saturday (Jul 12) that its agreement with the United Nations to facilitate exports of Russian food and fertilisers had collapsed due to Western sanctions over Moscow's offensive in Ukraine.

Russia has launched a scathing attack on UN Secretary-General António Guterres, accusing him of political bias and acting as a mouthpiece for NATO and the “criminal Kyiv regime.” Moscow condemned Guterres' recent comments on alleged Russian missile and drone strikes that supposedly caused a power outage at the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant.
