INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana's secretary of state is facing a lawsuit over a new law that prohibits college students from using their college IDs to vote. The law was passed in this year's legislative session and would take effect on July 1.
The lawsuit against Secretary of State Diego Morales and other Indiana election officials alleges that Senate Bill 10 disproportionately targets young people.
