Andrew and Tristan Tate have apparently arrived in Florida, after their Romanian travel restrictions were lifted.

Social media influencers Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate arrived in Florida Thursday after being allowed to leave Romania, more than three years after they were first detained.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were allowed to leave Romania and flew on a private jet headed for Florida on Thursday morning.

Members of President Donald Trump's administration reportedly pushed officials in Romania to allow Tate and his brother to leave the country.

Romania allowed the travel after pressure from Trump officials, said a person familiar with the case. The brothers, vocal Trump supporters, were detained in 2022.

Andrew Tate, a self-proclaimed misogynist who has become a cause célèbre on the American right, and his brother were allowed to leave Romania where they face charges including rape and human trafficking,

Andrew Tate, 38, born Emory Andrew Tate III, and his younger brother Tristan Tate, 36, are U.K.-U.S. citizens born to Emory Tate, an African American international chess master, and mother, Eileen Tate.

The charges against the Tates remain in force, and they will be expected to return to Romania for court appearances, Romanian officials said.
