At a Comic-Con panel in San Diego, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone said they were able to sneak "it" (the micropenis) into the episode because they put googly eyes on it, which essentially made it a "character." Buuut now, everyone's mind (including mine) is blown because that whole thing turned out to be "real."
