Cam Heyward shared his initial thoughts on losing Steelers teammate Minkah Fitzpatrick in the Jalen Ramsey trade — revealing conflicted emotions.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have completed a trade for Miami Dolphins star cornerback Jalen Ramsey. In exchange for Ramsey, the Dolphins get five-time Pro Bowl safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, who will return to the place where his career began as a first-round pick out of Alabama.

Even though Minkah Fitzpatrick made the Pro Bowl in four of his five full seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the club's decision to trade for Jalen Ramsey on Monday was in an attempt to keep up with the rest of the AFC North.
