Guy Bartkus, the sole suspect in the bombing of a Palm Springs fertility clinic, exhibited warning signs prior to the attack that should have been reported to law enforcement, the city’s police chief told CNN Monday.

A suspect believed to be the perpetrator of the fertility reproductive clinic bombing in Palm Springs, Calif. Saturday, has been identified as Guy Edward Bartkus, 25, a resident of Twentynine Palms.
