East Lake GC is a standard, parkland style golf course. It has been around since 1904, designed by the legendary Bobby Jones. It hosted the 1963 Ryder Cup but most notably, the TOUR Championship since 1998.
Fowler (T8) and Pendrith (T19) are the main two who can punch their tickets to the Tour Championship by making a move up the leaderboard on Sunday. A top-five finish would lock Fowler into a spot in Atlanta, while Pendrith needs to climb into the top 10.
The Blue Monster is back on the PGA Tour calendar for 2026. Tour officials unveiled the schedule for its upcoming season on Tuesday, Aug. 19, and among the 35 official FedEx Cup events is a return to Trump National Doral near Miami.
