BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Police arrested a man reportedly caught trying to steal copper wire from under a bridge. According to the arrest citation, an officer was checking on an abandoned car Thursday afternoon when they noticed a path leading under the bridge near Highway 185 and Old Richardsville Road.
