If your phone suddenly won't recognize your SIM card, don't panic. There are a few things you can do to try and resolve the problem. Here's what to do.

Let the process run. Your physical SIM should deactivate, and your eSIM will take over. You can now remove the physical SIM card, and restart your device.

SIM Card Ejector Tool: This tool usually comes with your phone. Safety Pin or Paper Clip: If you don’t have the ejector tool, a safety pin or a small paper clip can be used as an alternative.
