The Philadelphia Eagles seemed to have scored their first touchdown in Super Bowl LIX on a pass to Dotson, but the officials called it back. Here's why.

The Nazareth Area High School graduate made a 27-yard reception to set up the game’s first touchdown as the Eagles throttled the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 in Super Bowl 59 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. Dotson’s catch was initially ruled a touchdown before an instant-replay review brought the ball back to the Chiefs' 1-yard line.

Barkley and Jahan Dotson, a pair of former Penn State stars, were integral in the Philadelphia Eagles beating the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX on Sunday night. Former Penn State cornerback Tariq Castro-Fields also won as a member of the Eagles’ practice squad.

Although Barkley had a quieter performance in the Super Bowl in a game where the Chiefs sold out to shut down the run, Barkley still managed to end the game with 57 rushing yards and 42 receiving yards.
