President Donald Trump, once again, took aim at California Governor Gavin Newsom on Monday, suggesting that his Democratic rival cannot be president due to his learning disability.

Newsom didn’t hesitate to fire back at the president, slamming Trump for mistakenly referring to him as “president of the United States.”
