Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure will reopen its wooden roller coaster Rampage at noon today, ending a multi-year closure that left fans of the Bessemer amusement park clamoring for its return.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — There were fewer than four minutes on the game clock, Alabama was putting the finishing touches on a 34-20 win over Tennessee, and a haze was building inside Bryant-Denny Stadium.
