A lawyer believes fans are entitled to compensation after the band played a similar setlist twice at their all-inclusive destination festival.

Tool performed two sets at the Tool in the Sand festival on March 7 and 8, and played four repeat songs on the second night. Fans expressed disappointment over the concerts, which were billed as "two unique sets.

Fans expressed outrage at the rock band Tool by booing them at the Sand Festival that ran in the Dominican Republic from March 7-9. The rockers performed two sets at the festival and several fans were left disappointed after shelling out lots of money only to discover the second night’s performance was a repeat of the first.
