The Manasquan girls basketball program continues to reach new heights, winning its second straight NJSIAA Group 2 championship.

Manasquan won its second-straight Group 2 title and ninth since 2012 with a 47-34 victory over Madison on Sunday afternoon at Jersey Mike’s Arena. Manasquan, ranked No. 12 in the NJ.com Top 20, has now won 11 state titles and is tied for third-most in state history.

A year after a controversial loss to Camden in the semifinals, Manasquan avenged that loss in the semifinals and won a state championship.
