Like co-defendant John Woeltz, the second suspect is expected to face charges of kidnapping, assault and unlawful imprisonment, police sources said.
Woeltz's supposed assistant, Beatrice Folchi, 24, was also taken into custody in relation to the crime and faces one count of first-degree kidnapping and one count of first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
