CNN is tracking the LA protests against ICE and the Trump administration and those that have spread across the US this week.

A peaceful protest by hundreds of people in downtown Las Vegas on Wednesday evening calling for an end to immigration enforcement raids escalated into confrontations with law enforcement.

The latest arrests suggest tensions are increasing ahead of the weekend, when more demonstrations are planned.

Denver police arrested 17 protesters on suspicion of graffiti, interference with law enforcement, obstructing streets, throwing objects and assault, according to the police department.

Demonstrators marched through Baltimore on Wednesday, June 11 to protest local ICE arrests. The rally came as tensions continue to rise over immigration enforcement in the U.S.

At 4 p.m. as protesters were gathering, a counterprotester came to the scene — prompting angry chants to erupt from the main protest.

As Governor JB Pritzker testified in Washington, D.C. during a tense congressional hearing on immigration Thursday, protesters took to the streets of Chicago for an anti-ICE demonstration—shutting down Michigan Avenue during rush hour.
