LA CROSSE, Wis. (WBAY) - The La Crosse Police Department doesn’t believe there was any criminal conduct involved in Eliotte Heinz’s death, based on results of the preliminary autopsy. The 22-year-old Hortonville native was a graduate student.
The graduate student at Viterbo University was last seen in downtown La Crosse around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the La Crosse Police Department.
