The Philadelphia Eagles will now head into a much-needed bye week 6-2 after a 38-20 victory over the New York Giants.

Bigsby’s average of 11.6 yards per carry led the Eagles, while Barkley wasn’t far behind at 10.7. On his 29-yard run, Bigsby broke a tackle from Giants linebacker Darius Muasau and outran the nearby defenders. He picked up 17 yards on his final carry, running through three tacklers and dragging Giants safety Tyler Nubin to the ground.

The New York Giants’ Week 8 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles was a no-good, rotten, very bad day. Very little good came out of the loss. It could be argued that the play of Jaxson Dart in the face of Vic Fangio’s defense was a positive in the context of his long-term development.
