According to the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office, there is a chance storms Tuesday could be strong, with some severe storms possible in Denton County and western Tarrant County. However, most of the severe storms are expected Wednesday, according to the weather service, which includes Dallas and Fort Worth.

The lull in precipitation will allow temperatures to climb well into the 80s Friday afternoon, so it will feel warm outside.
